DMCA & Copyright Policy

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

1. Introduction & Mission Statement

LearnJH is a community-driven initiative dedicated to democratizing access to educational resources. Our mission is to provide students, particularly those facing financial hardship, with the materials necessary for their academic success. We believe that knowledge should be accessible to all, and we operate in the spirit of educational support and "Good Faith."

2. Nature of Content and Copyright Ownership

LearnJH and its associated channels, platforms, and services ("the Service") do not claim ownership of any copyrighted materials hosted, linked to, or distributed through our service. This includes, but is not limited to, paid course batches, textbooks, study guides, educational videos, and proprietary materials from platforms like NextToppers.

  • We are not the creators, authors, or original scanners of these materials.
  • The Service acts as a directory and aggregator, providing access to links and resources that are already available on the internet.
  • All content is the property of its respective original creators, authors, publishers, and copyright holders.

3. Fair Use and Educational Purpose

The materials provided by the Service are offered for non-commercial, educational purposes under the doctrine of "Fair Use." We specifically provide these resources to students who are financially troubled but are deserving and motivated to learn. Our distribution is intended to be transformative by serving a different purpose than the original commercial market: aiding education rather than generating profit.

4. Anti-Piracy Stance

We do not support or condone piracy in its traditional sense of profiting from copyrighted works. Our operation is a non-profit effort aimed at alleviating the financial burden on deserving students. We strongly encourage all users who can afford to do so to purchase original content from the authors, publishers, or official purchase links provided whenever possible. Supporting creators ensures the continued production of high-quality educational materials.

5. DMCA Takedown Procedure & Reporting Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright holder, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been made available through our Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a written notification containing the following information:

  • A. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • B. Identification of the Infringing Material: Sufficient detail to identify the specific material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. This includes the direct URL(s) or a detailed description of the location of the material on our platform(s).
  • C. Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  • D. A Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • E. A Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  • A physical or electronic signature.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

7. Removal and Action Upon Receipt

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notification, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We make every effort to process valid requests within 24-48 hours. We request that copyright holders contact us directly first to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action. Failure to do so may impact your claim of damages.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LearnJH makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
